Build a Life of Faith
Rooted in Scripture
Practiced in Community
Lived through Work and Service
Careers change. Industries change. The work you do at 22 may not be the work you do at 42.
Your life in Christ will shape all of it.
When Jesus called His disciples, He did not hand them information. He walked with them through work, ministry, travel, service, and everyday life before sending them out.
For centuries, Christians have followed this pattern of formation through shared life, meaningful work, and service to those in need. At Nashville Bible College, this pattern shapes your college experience.
Your first job matters. Your life in Christ matters more.

Bible College is
Not Just for Pastors
The Bible shapes people before it shapes professions.
Frederick Buechner wrote that calling is “where your deep gladness and the world’s deep hunger meet.” Students often discover that following Jesus reshapes not only what they believe, but how they see themselves and their place in the world.
Our graduates have gone on to become lawyers, nurse practitioners, midwives, pastors, teachers, entrepreneurs, tradesmen, business leaders, and ministry professionals who carry their knowledge of Scripture and care for the poor into their everyday work.
You can learn a lot about following Jesus in a classroom. But some of the best lessons happen through the ordinary experience of sharing life with other Christians.
At Nashville Bible College, our faculty and staff live within a few blocks of campus. We're neighbors. Students might go fishing with the college president, have a conversation about faith on a front porch, or gather with neighbors for dinner at the local food truck.
Our home is in a small neighborhood in a booming city. We’re a college taking “love your neighbor” literally.
When we say “community,” we mean a neighborhood.
